The week was full of excitement, drama, and an inner feeling of emptiness (will write about this in next post).
The exciting part began on Sunday while going towards Dhaula Kuan, I witnessed a red color FERRARI with Delhi number plate, well that was just a print-out of the number on a white sheet paper, glued to its back. The proud owner was driving it very carefully and slowly, just to avoid and mishaps, of course, with his Ferrari. I must be in 50-60 range as the traffic was there and the Ferrari was also making his way through the crowd at the same speed, like a fluttering butterfly. Suddenly, an i10 car started trying to dodge the Ferrari, moving on the left side of the Ferrari, trying to race against it. The i10 guy thought the Ferrari won't speed up as there was traffic on the road. The Ferrari guy looked at the i10 man, who was grinning . The Ferrari guy without any expressions on his face started concentrating on the road again, just to avoid any scratches/dents to his proud possession. Suddenly I heard a noise, VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM and everybody in their cars, just kept looking at the speed Ferrari reached 300 metres ahead of everybody in just 3 seconds. Even I slowed my car(Indica) to 20 kmph in sheer shock. The i10 man tried to catch the Ferrari, but all in vain. It just vroooomed away :). That was interesting and I'm not joking, I REALLY SAW A FERRARI.
The more interesting part was the Nuclear Deal drama in parliament. I feel everybody understands that this Nuclear deal is beneficial and fruitful, and nobody, especially the opposition parties do not want the present government to take the credit of bringing this to India. Anyways the government is safe and I hope they sign the deal as soon as possible. I think the government should start thinking about utilizing the renewable sources of energies too. hmmmm good thought.
I'm happy, as I will be going to my hometown Jaipur this weekend. Well this will be a hectic trip, but I have decided to enjoy it fully.
